Welcome to my  shop where you can buy all of our in house products. The process is simple, just click on the items to view full descriptions and purchase them by adding to cart and going through checkout.

You do not need to register to use the shop, but if you do then you will be able to checkout quicker next time and be eligible to enjoy extra benefits from time to time – such as being informed of special offer promotions etc

Purchasing is done securely via paypal, so we do not receive or store any details about your payment methods

Dispatch and Shipping times and costs

Inventory for items is based on the availability of the components in our workshop. Please note that once an order is confirmed we then make up the components into finished kits and dispatch. We therefore endeavour to dispatch from here within 5 working days of order.  During Corona virus re-opening period dispatch may be delayed – please bear with us.

For items up to 2KG in shipping weight we use Royal Mail as this is the cheapest way to send. Over 2KG we need to use a courier. For orders where items come to a total of £25 or more the posting method is, where available,  tracked and signed, or tracked.  We cannot ship tracked and signed to PO Boxes. If you would like us to quote for an alternative shipping method then please email your request to in**@**********ve.com.

Taxes

We are a very small specialist business with a relatively low turnover and therefore are not registered for VAT. This means that no UK tax is applied to your order.

Orders from Outside the UK

 Customs charges and VAT.  All non UK sales will have a customs declaration attached to the packaging reflecting the retail cost of the goods purchased by the customer in UK pounds ( GBP). Any customs charges or fees applied at point of entry to your country will be liable for payment by yourself and will under no circumstances be considered to be the responsibility of The Laser Hive. 

Currency

Your orders are priced for you in GBP.  There is a shipping calculator on the cart page, as payment is done by paypal they will apply the daily currency exchange rate at checkout.
