The Royal Mail prices are going up today. Many of my customers are based in the USA and the cost of shipping form the UK up until now has meant that the most economical services have been by Airmail. It looks now though that we have reached a tipping point and to keep costs sensible I will now be also using courier services.

This should prove to be a benefit as Royal Mail, while reliable, did not offer a tracked service and the courier services tend to have better tracking.

The only noticeable customer change for now will be that for new orders I will be asking for a daytime contact number and a delivery address where a courier may call.
